Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. Upon our arrival, we had to wait about an hour and a half before receiving the necessary instructions to access the apartment, which was quite inconvenient after the trip. Moreover, the access system is excessively complicated: to open the doors, it is necessary to use a dedicated app, a procedure that is not very intuitive and definitely less practical compared to simpler and more immediate solutions. Overall, we did not feel adequately welcomed, and the organization of the check-in left much to be desired. The apartment also did not seem particularly comfortable to use during our stay. The only truly positive aspect is the location, which is very convenient and well-connected.

A very compact 'apartment '! Not much storage for clothes. Not very clean and in need of some repairs! The electric socket in the bathroom was loose. Doorframe in the bathroom was also coming away. Infact, not many sockets with which to charge phones and use hair appliances, which in this day an age is an essential. The shower was not very powerful but hot. We were in apartment 5. The balcony was filled with aircon unit in most of the space along with many cigarettes butt's- we are non smokers! Location good with some lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stops close by too.

Terrible experience! The app to enter the building and the apartment did not work. There is no reception, everything should be automated. But the lift did not worked and in the stairs the light was not working (I used my mobile to have the light in the stairs). No app and no pin worked, I was obliged to call the help service and they opened the door remotely. The price was too high for such a bad service. A lot of bad feedback, take information before reserve a room. A lot of other guest had same experience I had, it happened for them a long time ago, so it was not bad luck, this is the same issue never solved. Very bad service
