Apartamentos Aura Park Nord

Stayed here for a week at the end of July. Beautiful one bedroom apartment with everything you need. Only two minor issues I have is that the towels weren't changed all week, but as the apartment had a washing machine I washed them myself. Also the pool is in need of a bit of attention. Tiles missing in the pool and paintwork looking a bit tired. Could do with a few more sun beds round the pool as well. Great location and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and a supermarket next door. Would definitely stay there again.

These apartments were of a good standard and would be good for families. However there were many sliding doors and rooms and I ended up walking round in circles a lot causing me to be dizzy. The wardrobes are spacious and do fit an average sized 14/15 year old inside. Tip: the supermarket next door is very good and pretty cheap. Also the resteraunt at the end of the street (toca teca I think) is brilliant for tapas and would especially recommend the fried chicken wings. On a negative note, the reception were borderline useless and communication was difficult. The checkout times upon departure are also rather early but there is an area suitcases and luggage can be left if you fancy a last adventure into barcelona. Finally, there is a metro stop in close proximity which I believe to be the best mode of transport.

Quite a good location but we was not told when we booked that they do not take guests after 10 at night and our flight did land till 11 so had to go to there sister hotel the other side of town at 1 am we was not impressed we was reimbursed our taxi fare 1 way but not back
