Arai Aparthotel

Had room 17 which was spacious and clean, and with a small kitchen exactly what I needed. Air conditioning was set at 18 which was perfect. Bathroom quite small but adequate. Only thing is this part of town is noisy on a Saturday night so if you're Boise sensitive, give it a miss..but after a few cervezas, barely noticeable... Pool also good and appreciated even if only a plunge pool .. best thing was location overall with price... Would stay again

Excellent location but the air con did not work. Told staff 3 times. They came & essentially gaslit us that it was working. Said it was totally silent & functioning. The room (number 26) was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. Other internal hotel areas were air conditioned & cool. Won’t be back.

Upon arrival staff are super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are immaculate. Considering the hustle and bustle outside into the early hours you honestly can’t hear a thing from the rooms and a fantastic nights sleep. Staff gave great advice on where was good to eat and local attractions. Air conned rooms. Roof top pool and seating and lounge . Taxis arranged when needed. Only down side as a Brit would be to please include English breakfast tea bags in the rooms. Us brits especially from Yorkshire love a cuppa in a morning haha !!
