Very unprofessional and unreliable — they will cancel your accommodation the night before your trip and are extremely rude.

The only positive note: the location. About 50 meters from the metro and Casa Batlló, in an area full of luxury shops, bars and restaurants. Otherwise, definitely disappointing experience. The entrance is located in a building with work in progress. You have to go up to the second floor to find a practically non-existent reception. The spaces are cramped and poorly maintained; to reach some rooms an aluminum staircase is used. Tiny room and bathroom, with no soundproofing. Weak Wi-Fi. Cleaning is done only if you expose the green sign outside the door, otherwise the room is not fixed. The only positive element in the room: the hair dryer. Very basic breakfast: packaged snacks and capsule coffee machine, with both sweet and savory choices. Unavailable staff: for any need you must communicate by email or through Booking. Average price. I recommend to evaluate other facilities, in the end, is just from a star!!!
