Casakessler Barcelona

This hostel was my home away from home over Christmas, the staff was lovely and very helpful. The hostel itself was very homey and the location was perfect! Free coffee available all day, low key but functional kitchen, nice patio, good vibes. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This hostel is a celebration of life. Such a lovely memories hanging out with my family and meeting nice people around that beautiful terrace. The staff is quite nice and the location pretty beautiful and comfortable, easy to catch all the important places in the city. I can't imagine a best place for our next visit to Barcelona.

Just returned from a 5night stay in Casa Kessler. Wish could have stayed more. First of all the location is excellent. I could reach all my destinations on foot with maximum distance 1 or 2 km. But even if you are not a fan of walking, the stuff is always willing to help you with transportation info. Bus stops are near the hostel in several directions. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, and regarding I am a woman and I was traveling alone, this is very important. Totally recommended, they also have female dorms, which is a plus. The hostel very clean and tidy. I also loved the decoration style. Always nice heating and hot water. You can always help yourself coffee or tea in the kitchen as it is free for all guests during the day and until the night when the kitchen should not be used to keep the hostel silent for the rest time. The hostel is quiet and relaxing but social in the same moment. Ideal for people that need a place to rest from a tiring day exploring this beautiful city, but if you are in for a chat you will find it too! For warmer nights or days there is a beautiful terrace where you can relax and enjoy the end of the day or your break. What can I say about the stuff? I am so happy having met each one of you, always helpful, friendly and with a smile on the face. Special mention to Tsai-Ping for being so kind and helpful! And to all the rest, thank you so much for making my stay easy and pleasant. With the best memories from Barcelona and Casa Kessler hope I will be returning soon.
