Citypark Pelayo

The hotel has a privileged location, there is metro at the door and the aerobus opposite. The rooms are comfortable, good mattresses and the bathroom very spacious. Thank you to Sonia from the reception who helped us with great suggestions and information.

I don't like to put low score but the heat we spent was amazing. The windows cannot be opened and the air conditioning does not work. We asked at reception and only the heating worked. We had to be with the room door open because you couldn't be inside. Otherwise right room for short stay. The bed is not very comfortable.

It's hard to get a picture because good and really bad: ➕: Royal location and environment, Relative quiet (if you are used to living in the city), Functional and clean room, Welcoming Pros ➖: old room with a bathroom that has been so som time, air conditioning in random operation, window on which we do not have control (you have to ask for a key at the reception and when you quail in the middle of the night, it is not the top) In short, ideal hotel for a short stay...
