Comfort Apartment In Barceloneta

Booked 3 night Stay at the apartment and first of all I was not pleased that the reception is actually 800m away on another block, this was a barrier to complaining about the absolutely dire room we were given to stay in. My son can't walk far and I couldn't leave him alone to go and complain and we were only staying for three nights so we stuck it out in our cell ! It was completely claustrophobic there was no window to the outside . The window opened into the hallway with a view of the lift door! Also The shower was useless as The showerhead didn't even fit into the over head attachment so you have to hold it all the time. It was really heavy and difficult to hold. Being in that awful room really took the edge off the trip to Barcelona. Very disappointing. How can you rent out a room with no windows?

Stay away from these crooks. The room I booked online looked great. When I got there my room was unavailable. I was given a crap room. Ruined my holiday. Don't ruine yours. Learn from my mistake. Stay away. It was supposed to be an apartment. A stylish one. It turned out to be one room. The sofa ended up being a cot. I should have checked tripadvisor before booking it I learned my lesson Don't make the same mistake.

I totally don't suggest these apartments for many reasons. First, the staff of the hotels is often rough, the reception and reservation number is rarely available and unhelpful since they don't speak any language except their spanish, i don't find it very professional. When we arrived, the apartments were untidy and dirty, and moreover the luggages of the previous inhabitants were still there... quite unsafe
