Eurostars Cristal Palace

Excellent location. Only steps from the Rambla de Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia. The room was very comfortable. The reception and dining staff during breakfast. Especially Thais and Guillermo, who were extremely helpful. I would definitely return.

5 stars! The hotel has a splendid architecture! The location is unique, in a rather quiet and easily accessible location. The service is exemplary. The experience was magnificent! Thank you 🙏 is the right comment for the quality in the offer!

The hotel is well located near shops and restaurants. The staff is very attentive. The room is clean, spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The room has a view of the street, which is somewhat noisy. The back area is very quiet. I would only recommend having the option of a dimmer light in the bathroom so that it can be left on at night without illuminating the room too much. It does not have a restaurant for all three meals, but the breakfast offered is very good, with a variety of fruits, bread, pastries, and various protein options. The kindness of the waiter Charlie stands out, as well as the very friendly reception staff who are willing to help.
