Small hotel, located on the outskirts of Barcelona, in Hospitalet about 15 minutes by taxi from Sants and the same from Camp Nou. The rooms need a deep renovation, the door of the closet would not close, and to close the entrance you had to be strong. Breakfast good, no frills but complete. The best reception care, in particular Reuben helped us a lot.

AVOID! I booked through Capital One's travel portal for 2 nights for my parents. My dad called after checking out that he had an issue with the air conditioning making loud noises so that both he and my mom could not sleep well for the 2 night stay. He talked to the front desk at 7am after the second night, but as it was check-out day, the hotel could not offer anything. I filed a complaint with Capital One who reached out to the hotel asking for a form of compensation. We were denied anything since the hotel "conducted its own investigation" and said no complaint was filed. A total lie! My dad has a photo of the receptionist's business card as proof that he spoke to them about this issue. But for future reference, it's hard to prove a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, even with a photo of it. Definitely get something in writing from the front desk confirming that you filed a complaint about something. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

TERRIBLE and see you NEVER AGAIN! Reception was friendly but.... Room stinks and duff smell. Air conditioning could not be switched on. Even room and bed linen was NOT made up / covered for 1 night. A shame and on departure no kindness either
