24/7 reception .. that helped us a lot, very good location.. in the middle of nightlife, next to the biggest market there, nice view .. Top I would say... very nice staff, clean hotel, air conditioning in rooms, good price, I'll be back

The rooms are convenient for a short night stay however the staff are reluctant to help and avoidant toward problems. The train line below is extremely loud and so is the service at the desk, along with the people coming to and from the hotel. Would not recommend for comfort or convenience as it's the worst night sleep we have gotten in a while. I would strongly advise to NOT BOOK THIT HOTEL

Simply spooky!! poor cleaning and care of the room not to mention the sheets stained several times! As if that wasn't enough, he goes under the subway until late at night feeling it perfectly!! Creaking and uncomfortable bed!! The only positive note is the very central location but not very crowded in the evening!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!!!
