In January 2026 I booked this property for a trip in March 2026. A few days after booking (double room with private bathroom, non-refundable) I immediately contacted the manager, asking for the cancellation of the reservation as in the same period of the trip I have a business trip. I have therefore requested cancellation with refund as this is an objective impossibility and the notice is ample. The property refused on the grounds that I chose to book without free cancellation: shame that for this accommodation the reservations were all without free cancellation. I should have preferred other structures, which would surely have turned out to be more serious and understanding. The two-month notice would, in fact, have allowed the manager to obtain another reservation for the same room and for the same period. Bad treatment and, above all, bad way to manage customers. If I go back to Barcelona, I will definitely choose more serious accommodation than this.
