Nikbor Residencia

We stayed here in January 2014. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable for the price, but the location was perfect! Right on the Passeig de Gracia, we could walk out of our door and a short walk would take us past the Pedrera, the Casa Batllo, and a busy shopping and restaurant precinct. Public transport was convenient too. Only negative was the breakfast. But overall very good.

We booked a double room, ensuite bathroom (needs a renovation). Minimal old furniture, but the staff were kind and location was great, at the heart of Barcelona. Free breakfast: coffee, cake, toasts and cereals.

Location of this hostel was convenient. We traveled from airport by direct train to passeig de gracia-barcelona. It was about 15-20min walk to the hostel. The hostel is very clean, offers free breakfast and staff are friendly. Although, the only thing that we dont really like are the size of the room, it was extremely tiny for 2 guests with 2 big luggages. Other than that, definitely recommend for backpackers.
