The studio is very nice. The tourist hop-on hop-off bus stops are too far away (20 min). The reception is not up to par; the person gives automated responses to quickly move on to the next customer and lacks listening and analytical skills. Fortunately, Ms. Ruiz tried to genuinely understand our issue. The air conditioning does not regulate; it continuously blows air at 16°C. It is impossible to be in the apartment with the air conditioning on. The "friendly" person at the reception dared to suggest via email that we turn it off if we were cold. We hadn't thought about bringing down jackets for Barcelona! In short, this problem was not resolved. Moreover, the laundry service is only open during the hours of the tours (9:30 AM to 7 PM) Gaudí or Laundry?

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, and very safe for those traveling with children; spacious and clean rooms with everything needed, I would gladly return.

We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view over the city from the 8th floor. We happened to be in Barcelona during the night of San Juan, and watching all the fireworks across the city from our apartment was an unforgettable experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very welcome in the summer heat, and the staff were friendly. The residence is also very close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. One tip for families: if you're travelling from the airport, compare the cost of the metro to a taxi. As a family of four, we found that a taxi cost almost the same and was much more convenient. The apartments may not be the most luxurious or modern you'll find in Barcelona, but they're well maintained, comfortable, and offer excellent value for money. For the price, we felt it was a great choice. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this residence.
