horrible AWFUL experience. i’m staying for a month for study abroad and on our second night we notice there was mold in our room from water damage on the wall and ceiling and they did not care. the guy lacking hair at the front desk called me crazy and tried to make me feel stupid for worrying about health concerns from the mold. he brought up the fact that i was American and said “i don’t know what they are teaching or telling you over there” and then he had the audacity to ask what i'm studying in a sarcastic tone to make me feel dumb. he was EXTREMELY rude and then he just stormed off all annoyed and left the other girl at the front desk by herself to deal with everything. we were offered another room temporarily and then they said we would have to wait till they fix the leak and then we would be able to go back?? completely neglecting the mold issue, but i guess he didn’t believe us even tho we have photos. i’m extremely upset i have to stay here even one more day and considering leaving all together. and to top it all off when we were moved to the temporary room and i went to shower the water came out brown, mid washing my face. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and i want a refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

My fault I did not read the fine print. It was a hostel for students 'offering hotel like facilities'. Having said that, everything fit in squarely. The girls handling the reception were probably volunteers & did not display a professional attitude. Kettles were available only on request & we had to to share one between two rooms. During daytime, the rooms were hot & the air conditioning would not work since it was still not summer. We asked for reliable taxi services for airport drop & were suggested to look it up ourselves. These were the cons. Coming to the rooms, well they were pretty basic & since four bedded ones were available we were allocated these at no extra cost. There were plenty of supermarkets around & dining options. The street hardly had any traffic so there was little or no disturbance when we opened the windows for fresh air. Thumbs up to the location. Frankly, the the thumbnail picture of the residence gave the illusion of an imposing building. That's what I went in for. Unfortunately, it was not.

We were very satisfied with the location, cleanliness and service and would like to thank the extremely dedicated and helpful staff! Andreas a heartfelt thank you for the open ear and the help for my sick wife.
