We've just stayed here for a week and it's very basic but has what you need. Our apartment was a bit dated but clean, as were the communal areas.
As the apartments are away from the main touristy areas, there isn't much nearby and so you have to travel a bit to have a choice of places to eat and be in the main hustle and bustle of the city. This isn't a problem as the Lesseps metro station is just 5 minutes walk away which is ideal.
One major complaint we had however was the noise in the apartments. The nature of the building is such is that you hear all doors slamming when people leave or return to the their apartments which could be all times through the night. And if like us you are unfortunate enough to have extremely noisy neighbours (British young lads, embarrassingly) who shout at each other in the apartment as well as up and down the stairs, play loud music all through the night, etc, you will not get any sleep through the night at all, especially as there is no apartment management presence after working hours.
Because if this we would not recommend staying there unless you are planning on staying out to the early hours and sleeping through the day. We may just have been unlucky but you can only speak as you find.
