SERHS RIVOLI RAMBLA

Absolutely horrific customer service. I called to ask if we could change our dates to a week later due to FC Barcelona changing their home fixture, they had many rooms available on my new dates but they flatly refused to help me or even offer an explanation as to why. I wanted to take my son for his 14th birthday but they have now completely ruined our trip. I asked for no money back or any refund, I even offered to pay them a penalty & to stay less nights, 7 instead of the 10 I had booked but yet they still refused to help in any way. I've never had a hotel anywhere in the world be unwilling to help their customers in any way. Shockingly incompetent & negligent behaviour from them. A Hotel that has many rooms available on the dates I require should be doing everything they can to accommodate their guests with a simple request. Disgraceful

Very good hotel but mediocre service. The room was not cleaned during the day after the first night!
