Renaissance Barcelona Fira

Nice hotel, slightly odd location (far out of city, not much around) but the huge downside is it has very uncomfortable beds - they are very hard - like sleeping on a board. Bed linens are lower quality thsn usual Martiits too. Super uncomfortable especially if you have back issues. I thought Marriott was known for its comfortable beds, and this was part of the reason I choose this hotel. Very disappointed.

This hotel was very well maintained and newly renovated. The facilities and amenities are very good. The rooftop pool and fitness center are great. But the most valuable feature of this property is their General Manager: Kaisu. She is a gem. She is truly a wonderful person to converse with and knowledgeable. You can tell the property's professionalism comes from her overall demeanor and grace. I can't say enough about her and her staff. Truly rare finds in the hospitality world. If you don't mind being a little off the beaten track location wise, then this hotel is your perfect destination spot. Thank you Kaisu and staff for everything. I will be sure to keep recommending you to everyone.
