Nice location but that’s all. Very very small room for a family of 4.. not even space to but language. Elevator was almost never working so had to walk steps to floor 6 all day for a week. Aircondition was also not working! WiFi not included and also high price and less signal. Staff was not helpful. Bed was clean. But every thing else was extremely dirty!! Used wet paper on the desk when I entered first day, and it turned black! Go somewhere else!

I stayed at this property with my friends in May. The hotel was not very crowded yet and I can say that our stay was very pleasant, above the expectations that were rather low due to the reviews we had read, in our opinion undeserved... We found a hotel with very kind and helpful staff, very clean and spacious rooms... the property is a few steps from the beach and close to the train station, so we could move around easily to reach cities like Barcelona in just over an hour... The food may not be from a starred restaurant but it is very varied and abundant to satisfy everyone's needs and it is available among other things from 1 pm until 9 pm.... Drinks are paid for separately but given the price paid for the stay we could not complain about it... Since it was not a very crowded period, we never had to wait for a seat in the dining room, but it is definitely a bit small for the number of rooms present. Very helpful in providing us with a lunch bag on the days when we did not have lunch at the hotel. I would definitely go back.

Location great, people were friendly enough. Would’ve given more stars had it not been for a small 33cl water costing 1 euro each and hidden extras (we went breakfast and dinner ) they charge 5 euros per device per day for Wi-Fi, charged for fridges but we didnt bother, hotel itself nice and clean, pool was lovely although a tad cold til ya warmed up, jacuzzi part but only 15 maximum people allowed in - very warm and bubbly, beach not far at all - subway under train tracks , a few sockets in room didnt work, the food wasn’t great tbh - I usually eat most foods but I struggled here, my little boy is fussy too and struggled with finding foods he liked too. We couldn’t get a sunbed as not enough but plenty of chairs and tables and we aren’t big on sunbathing Rooms have aircon, pillows and beds comfy ! Pool aqua fit was fun ! The entertainment at night was good too Small park on site for kids. Be careful of the waves ! We walked further down with the sea ti our right and google said more shallow waters but i got dragged off my feet twice trying to get in to swim (I am an adult age 43) quite petite and I grazed my leg and gave up trying in end but be mindful of this if you have kids On day we left a guy came with parrots but think they were charging for photos so we didn’t bother If you go breakfast amd dinner Water isn’t free! I talked to another English family we met who went all Inclusive amd said it cost them hundreds in extras , so budget accordingly. Malgrat de Mar lovely place tho
