Positives The reception staff, bar staff and lifeguards were all friendly and spoke good enough English. The cleaners were also friendly, although their English was more limited. The food and drinks were varied and of good quality, especially considering the price you pay for an all-inclusive holiday. The room was clean enough, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool throughout the night. The pool and slides were really family-friendly and great fun, with plenty of sun loungers available. Negatives There was one member of staff at the pool bar who gave me a bit of a dirty look when I was speaking English while trying to get some ice cream. However, on reflection, I am a bald bloke with a resting bitch face, so maybe I shouldn't take it personally! 😂 On the positive side, she was actually very kind to my son when he had a nosebleed, despite not speaking any English, so I can't really complain. The cups provided for alcohol and coffee were quite small, which was a bit of a pain and seemed to cause longer queues as people had to keep going back for more. Possible Improvements A kettle in the room would be a great addition so guests can make themselves a cup of tea whenever they want. Bigger fridges in the rooms would also be useful. There is also an astro-turfed area near the pool which could potentially be turned into a small football court. That would be a fantastic addition for families and kids. Overall On reflection, I would definitely come back to this hotel. I might even try to learn a bit of Spanish myself before coming next time! Overall, I would give the hotel 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location of the hotel is OK it is close to the beach which is not soft sand it is more gravelly. The hotel is very close to the local shops which is good. The atmosphere is not the best I found that there was no urgency to see to us on our arrival. People seem to keep themselves to themselves I did not find it very friendly. I found staff were rude there were 2 bar ladies that were fantastic Carla who worked in the inside bar she was lovely always had a smile on her face. Another girl who worked on the pool bar she was lovely too. The room was dirty on my arrival the size of the room and the shower room was OK but realy needed to be cleaned. I did not want to be a moning customer so did not say anything at the time however about 2 days into our 7 day holiday we found about 5 crickets in our room and they were in the bed and shower room this made it very uncomfortable to sleep after that I did complain to reception and the lady said that she will get them to clean the room. The food at the hotel was very basic and boring it seemed to be the same every day we had 2 themed nights where the food was slightly better but nothing exciting. The wine glasses often had tiny fly in them, may be because they are kept in the window cell. There is zero entertainment for children over the age of 10 and no entertainment for adults other that going back to the bar for a drink. I felt that the entertainment which was only in the evenings is more for very young children ages 3 to about 8. They do need to have more activities during the day where children of all ages can get involved in.

Truly the worst hotel, without exaggeration; if you want to catch a disease or get sick, come to this hotel, otherwise run away. In terms of hygiene, they are the worst. The rooms were not tidied, the toilets were full of grime on the floor, and I won't even mention the smell in the rooms; stay away. The staff does not care about anything; they are not professional. I am not a complicated person, but at a minimum, the hotel is just disgusting in every way, but the cleaning staff and the personnel play blind; they only know how to talk about money. We complained about the hygiene several times; they did not act. We wanted to leave; the director said that the refund would take 2 months. In short, conclusion: stay away, the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life.
