Today, I went to the establishment to ask at the reception if it was possible to access the pool without being a guest at the hotel. The receptionist informed me that it was not possible, to which I responded, "Okay," and accepted the information without any problem.
Later, I went down to the lower area of the establishment intending to have a drink, at which point the same worker followed me and said verbatim: "You have to consult anything; I cannot sneak in."
I believe this comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and made in an accusatory manner, as I never attempted to access the pool or "sneak in" to any facility. It made me feel uncomfortable and treated with distrust for no reason.
