Beware of your card data and undue charges! I am a frequent customer of the Accor network and a Gold member of the loyalty program, but the stay at Ibis Barcelona Meridiana was the worst in my history with the brand! I booked a room for 2 adults with coffee included (paid in full with All Accor loyalty points), but the hotel charged €46.45 extra on my card after check-out, claiming the coffee was for only one person! Absurd error of interpretation of the reservation that refuse to correct. How can a reservation for 2 with breakfast included, the coffee be for only 1 person? This has never happened to me before on any other platform or hotel. In addition, before check-in, the hotel sent emails threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not send my credit card details by email as a deposit (completely unsafe channel). To make it worse, they used the card data saved in my ALL Accor account to debit unlawfully. If they refuse to perform the reverse, I have to escalate the issue to Reclame Here and Procon in Brazil via AccorHotels. Amateur management and lack of security. I do not recommend.
