Horrible experience. Would never stay here again. They wouldn’t change over my towels. Didn’t refill water. Said they had parking and then didn’t inform us we would be charged and Charged us 75 euro for parking.. super rude staff. Arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before closing and they told me they were closed and I could t eat after I had already got my food and sat down and had 10 minutes before they were supposed to close anyways. Wouldn’t bring my Uber Eats upstairs or bring anything to my room.

The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very small. The one I had, 303, was dark even in the morning, and in front of the room, there is a wall. The bathroom has a nice shower but lacks a bidet, which I find outrageous. Breakfast costs an additional 20 euros, and the next day at 3:40 PM, the room had not yet been cleaned, and of course, I didn't have it done because I returned tired... two nights there, and I wanted to escape! The rooftop with that tub they call a pool is not inviting if you are over 8 years old. And they were very slow at check-in.

Selected this hotel based on a recommendation and was somewhat disappointed. The hotel looks nice and it’s in a fantastic area. Our room was relatively small with very limited area to unpack your belonging. The walls are super thin can I could hear the next room phone conversations clearly. Bathroom was good with a spacious shower and place underneath the sink to unpack your toiletries. The most frustrating part of our stay is that our key was deprogrammed every time we left the room. So essentially had to get a new key every time. I’m not sure if this was a problem with our room or the hotel. (We made sure after the second time to keep keys separate from phone) I complained and they were very apologetic but the problem was never solved. With so many great hotels in Barcelona I’m not sure I would stay here again. 😔
