Hotel Led Sitges

If there is a rating below 0, I would have given it to this hotel. HORRIBLE. It is a nightmare. I had an asthma attack 5 minutes after I arrived at the location. WARNING, the address provided on booking is not the same as where you will be staying. The address is only for picking up the key and paying my tax; then they will provide you with another address. The elevator is out of order. There is no lock and no security system on the door of the room. The sheets and towels are extremely dirty and stained; the toilets also still have urine everywhere and it smells terrible. I reported this directly to booking and left the premises. WARNING, this is not a hotel.

Lovely apartment, well equipped with all you need, lovely terraces. 3 mins to beach and same for supermarkets. About half hour from barcelona Rod the owner is a wonderful host and is always at the end of the phone... can't get better than that!

I initially booked this place and subsequently cancelled my booking under the Free Cancellation period. Still, the hotel charged me the full payment. I wrote to them a few times but they did not bother replying at all. I complained to my credit card company which eventually refunded me the payment. It looks to me this hotel is a scam.
