H. Top Santa Susanna Aparthotel

As always, a great choice. We returned in August. The room was a 10. And the staff was unbeatable. We had to cancel in July due to a medical issue, and they didn't charge us anything, even though we canceled on the day of arrival.

Mold on the ceiling, bloodstains on the cushions, musty smell. Despite pointing out some of the dirt directly, the cleaning doesn't quite work out. But the bed is made nicely. Unfortunately, you can feel the metal springs through in some places. Reception was helpful; a room change was possible as soon as something was available. The new room was clean and mold-free. The dining hall is in the windowless basement, the food is quite good, the waiters are very sweet. The beach is two rows of hotel complexes and a track underpass away. It is wide and endlessly long. The sea is clear and warm as a brook. Very relaxing :)

Old, worn-out, dirty hotel. Pillows with bloodstains, mold on walls, reception always trying, no food and no water upon arrival at 11 PM with all-inclusive. Guests are worth nothing.
