Room 110 was not clean: our feet were black from walking barefoot and there was dust around the window. The bathroom also gave off strong sewer odors, to the point of preventing us from sleeping. We called the front desk to ask for air freshener spray, which they kindly brought us, but despite that, the smell was so strong that we had trouble breathing and had to spend the night with the window open.
There was also no coffee or tea machine in the room, nor slippers, as these are apparently not available in standard rooms.
In short, for me, this hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars.
The only real positive points should, however, be highlighted: Maria, at the front desk, as well as Islam and Roger are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, warm, and very helpful. The hotel is truly lucky to have such high-quality staff.
