Bel Air Hotel

The person at the reception was not kind at all. The hotel shows dirt and bad odors; in fact, it stinks. The pool was not ready and faces the road. Rooms that need urgent renovation. If you want to catch a respiratory illness, I recommend their bathroom, which is full of black mold. And I insist, the person at the reception is not fit to work with customers. Next time, I prefer an answering machine.

On 2. of May 2026 I wrote an email to belair@grup-soteras.com and on 7. of May 2026 to commercial@grup-soteras.com and i have not received an answer to my questions. We need to know if they have fiber pillows and fiber comforter in the bed, and if there is any renovation work going on or planned, at hotel Bel Air Barcelona this autumn. This is because I have asthma, and we need answers before we can book a romm. This hotel looks very nice, so we would be very grateful for a reply.

The restaurant is very noisy, the breakfast is acceptable, parking is easy with a functioning charging station, and the reception is welcoming. On the night of April 19 to 20, noises from a drill and hammer woke us up at 2:15 AM. A worker was trying to force open a door to a neighboring room. We went down to the reception, and to our surprise and anger, we were given another room on a different floor. The next day, there were no apologies; I believe that a hotel of this class should have informed us and not waited for our complaints, and they could have offered us compensation. The explanation was that a guest needed files left in her room, and it was impossible to open the door. In conclusion, we had a very bad night.
