A complete nightmare. We stayed for just one night. We selected a 12:15 PM check-in on the website and received confirmation that the pre-check-in had been completed. However, when we arrived, there was nobody at the hotel and we couldn’t even enter the lobby. We had to wait until 2:00 PM. When the person responsible for reception finally arrived, instead of apologizing, he laughed and told us that if we didn’t like it, we could “sleep in the street” (“por la calle”). Absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. The room was not particularly clean either, and the area felt very unsafe at night. Overall, a terrible experience. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel was very disappointing. It was not located in a good area- although you can walk to the nicer part of town. Our guide said to be careful walking at night. The restaurants in the immediate area were basically bars. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs when there is no one at front desk. Person at front desk when we checked in was unpleasant. The air conditioner worked well.
