Hotel Sercotel Gran Bilbao

We celebrated our wedding at the hotel, and it was a great decision. From the first moment, with Carla's help, we were able to choose and customize all the details of the event, and she was also always attentive, resolving all our questions, with admirable professionalism and warmth. As for the rest of the staff who assisted us on the day of the wedding, I have nothing bad to say. Everyone was wonderful, attentive, and perfectly professional, making everything go smoothly (special mention to Juan, who was in charge of ensuring we lacked nothing). Apart from that, the facilities are a 10. In short, I recommend it without hesitation for organizing events.

We lived in a very nice apartment with two bedrooms. (We took this because the apartment with one bedroom was full) The apartment was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and there was a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Very fresh and nice. Well located with walking distance to all attractions. I would book again if we visit Bilbao again.

Wow, what a great experience myself and my mother have had. The hotel was absolutely amazing, so clean, well kept… room cleaned every single day. The hotel itself was a 10 min walk from the Old Town. The member of staff in the hotel his name was Asier is the most welcoming, kind and funniest I have ever met in my travels, He was absolutely amazing, so attentive. He knew our drinks order the minute we arrived into the hotel and brought it straight to us without having to ask. He asked us how our day was everyday, if we needed anything in particular and etc he gave us recommendations to visit and we visited his hometown without his recommendation and we laughed about it , what an absolute joy it was to be in the presence of this wonderful man and what a credit he is to your hotel brand. I think to be honest he made our experience a 10/10 thank you Asier, big hugs from Ireland
