The room smells of tobacco, there is dirt and mold in the bathroom, the bed had no sheets, the towels were almost broken, the sink was off the hook, the parking without cameras or surveillance, they did not have enough soap or shampoo and when ordering at reception we were given 1 small bottle for both, the emergency staircase was full of air conditioners and chambers for drinks, breakfast, there is what is and do not replenish, if you come down late you do not eat breakfast and to top it off the last day they decide that because of a breakdown in the light they do not open the dining room and do not warn. He needs painting, cleaning and rectifying the stars he has. It has 4 stars, I think it has 2 more. They take the breakfast cost off the bill and tell us they will make a bizoom to return it. Very strong everything and I feel sorry for my traveling friends....

Deterioration and Dirt in the Room and bathroom : The sheets seemed to have not been changed and the lower sheet was smaller than the mattress, which was uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom had deplorable hygiene conditions, with an obvious danger of falling into the bathtub. The mirrors were dirty, as were the toilet and hairdryer, reflecting a lack of attention in cleaning. The walls urgently need a paint hand, which gave a bad impression of the place maintenance, contributing to an unpositive experience for guests. Garage Problems: There were inconveniences with parking, as another guest's car was parked incorrectly, blocking the exit. This forced us to wait for him to wake up so we could leave with our car, which generated delays and inconvenience. This situation highlights the poor planning and management by the hotel. They are unacceptable for a four-star hotel and negatively affect the guest experience. The age of the facilities should not be an excuse to neglect cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel let alone recommend it. I don’t know who awards the category, quality and service, but it’s clearly not been properly reviewed for a long time. It would be advisable for the hotel to conduct a quality study to improve.

It was the third time we had been to this hotel and we had never had any complaints. This past weekend has been the opposite. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, today 2 stars would be very generous. Since the last time, they have neglected much their maintenance and especially their cleaning and personal treatment. The room was super filthy with dirt. The toilet was disgusting to sit on it and especially to do your necessities. The bathtub was disgusting, with hairs and not exactly mine and with a stopper of someone who used a shampoo and didn't throw it away. We complained at reception and were told they would stay the next day (when we would no longer be) Amazing but true. We took parking space offered by the hotel, that has been embarrassing, the parking is for 5 counted places, the parking has no surveillance, they do not close the doors, therefore, anyone enters, we are charged 12 euros for nothing and on top of that the next morning we find a double row car hindering the exit of our vehicles. We called reception and the way of attending to us was very poor polite with virtually no solution, until an individual appeared 30 minutes after the complaint. I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all. We closed the doors to return to stay.
