This is the fourth time we have returned to the hotel for 1 week and as always we have been very comfortable. On this occasion we have noticed that dinner and breakfast have improved a lot. The pool is much better than in previous years. The rooms are very clean; I must say that the cleaning staff is phenomenal and very attentive. I would also like to thank the buffet staff; they have been super attentive, thank you for making the stay so pleasant. I would also like to thank the reception staff; the level of professionalism has risen compared to previous years, although in previous years it was very good, now it borders on excellence. In particular, I would like to highlight the Front Office Manager who has been, as always, super professional. I cannot find a single fault, and we will surely return next year.
