Fontecruz Palacio de Arenales

We stopped to eat at the pool bar restaurant on the way to Córdoba. The service was terrible, they misplaced the order and after an hour of waiting we left without eating. Upon realizing they had misplaced it, instead of rushing it to the kitchen, they served food to three tables that arrived well after us. In such a beautiful and cozy place, a very bad experience. The service is not consistent with 5 stars.

Nice hotel with plenty of charm Friendly staff but need more control it is not worth its 5 stars The breakfast was well cared for but too bad they have a terrace but it is not used which is pleasant in the morning The poolside bar is super also the food On weekends parties (wedding) are sometimes given and then it can be disturbing especially the small coffee bar on the inner square Otherwise nice spacious rooms

Very quiet hotel, with very good restaurant service, a beautiful pool area, pleasant, and the spa area is very nice. The rooms are perfect and the premises are very well maintained. It has a buffet for breakfast and a fantastic menu of dishes to order. It is on the outskirts of Cáceres, but you can reach the center in 10 minutes, and they recommend a covered parking lot near the historic center that is reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. Totally recommended.
