Hipotels Sherry Park

Everything was great, if I have to return to that area I would choose that hotel, thanks for everything.

We have just spent 3 weeks in Spain staying at 4 different 4 star hotels in Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Jerez. All of the hotels were vey good but this one was our favourite. Its staff, facilities, food and atmosphere made it stand out. Its about a 15 minutes walk into the old town and there are loads of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Taxis are very cheap and the reception desk organise them to arrive within minutes. The rooms and AC are great and the swimming pool is ideal with lots of sunbeds. The breakfast is first class and very well staffed. The food in the bar is good and there is also a restaurant on site. We will definitely use this hotel chain again.

I need to express my dissatisfaction. We wanted to cancel the reservation we had for a few days in August three weeks before the date. They have charged us for the first night, which cannot be canceled, just as the hotel's cancellation policy states. What I do not think is right is that they did not let us use just that night we already paid for, even though the rest of the reservation was canceled. We feel completely ripped off.
