Old palace converted into a hotel, very quiet and charming. Parking can be somewhat complicated, although they offer a convenient solution in a mostly pedestrian area. The staff is very attentive in general, but we want to especially highlight Manuel, who attended to us at breakfast: a true star. Always attentive, friendly, very efficient and approachable, in addition to recommending places on our route, something we greatly appreciated.

No hot water. Lack of maintenance and checks. If you leave early, it must be at an exact time since apparently the exit door does not close easily ("it's a hassle").

I am Jesús. We stayed for two nights. The hotel is fantastic, very quiet. The staff is extremely attentive, very helpful. The physical setting is a palace. Good mattresses, a lot of silence, one sleeps very well. Very clean. Free parking. I have already commented on your Cabeza de Toro restaurant, very good staff, especially Manuel and the cook Yolanda. They were attentive to ensure that no detail was overlooked. Very pleasant, and Yolanda is a great cook. Manuel is a delight. We will return without a doubt. Thank you very much.
