The hotel has a good location right next to the beach. The garden area is spectacular and the different pools allow you to choose different areas to enjoy. The buffet stands out for the quality of the product and the staff's attention. Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel to go to as a couple or with family.

The hotel has magnificent facilities, numerous pools, and beautiful, very well-maintained gardens. As a less practical aspect, the access to the beach is somewhat long, especially when going with three small children. The two rooms we had were spacious and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall we had more than enough space, but, due to the hotel's occupancy policy, as we are a large family we had to book two rooms. Without a doubt, the best part of our stay was the Barcy Club, to which we give a 10. We especially want to highlight Paola, Marta, Valeria, and Germán, who were magnificent with our children. They keep the children entertained throughout the day, they even accompany them to the dining room and organize activities as special as a camping night. Their affection, dedication, and professionalism made our children enjoy themselves a lot and that for parents is the most important thing. The experience was very different at the front desk and in the dining room, where the treatment seemed unfriendly to us. Every day we had to find our own high chairs and clear the plates ourselves. In addition, a strawberry milkshake that I served myself from a bottle had curdled milk and, when they removed it, we did not receive even an apology. During our stay I also suffered a skin rash and, when I went to the front desk to ask for help or guidance, they did not offer me any solution; I do not know if it had anything to do with the incident in the dining room, the fact is that when I arrived in my city, I went to my medical center and they had to give me an injection, in short, surreal. We had full board and ate at the Almadraba restaurant. The selection seemed very limited and not very varied for a five-star hotel, light-years away from others we have been to. We cannot rate the other restaurants because we were not in them. The Spa, the lady there was very kind, we could not use it because the children could not enter and the 2-year-old was too small to stay in the Barcy Club. We would return mainly thanks to the wonderful Barcy Club and its team. Hopefully the hotel improves the variety and quality of the food, as well as the customer service at the front desk and in the restaurants, because its facilities and the work of the childcare staff are very worthwhile.

I travelled with my daughter and spent 4 nights here. We had a lovely time. The gardens, amazing pools and lovely Blue Flag Beach were the highlights. Reception staff spoke good English, the rest of the staff didn't but that didn't impact us at all as we used google translate and all the staff were only too happy to help. It actually was very enjoyable learning a few words of Spanish. Service was good on the whole. There was one night when the hotel was very busy and service was slow. For the rest of our stay service was very good. They have managers and staff working hard to accommodate everyone at the buffet. The sunsets on the beach were amazing. It's a lovely long sandy Blue Flag beach with watersports and beach clubs. Quite upmarket but with a relaxed vibe. One of the nicest Spanish beaches I've experienced. This hotel would be a great base to explore the lovely old towns of Cadiz, Seville, Jerez and Gilbratar. We were heading to Arcos de la Frontera for a week after our stay at the coast so we only visited Cadiz. It's lovely, a lttle shabby in places but this adds to the character. Fish market was amazing. We enjoyed the old town in Jerez much better later in the week. Amazing history and ancient buildings. Definitely recommend.
