We did not stay at the hotel, but we did use the restaurant for lunch and breakfast because we were staying nearby. Juanmi's attention was unbeatable. Very delicious food.

Critical points of the stay, Deficiencies in the room, The absence of nightstands and support bases stands out, poorly located outlets, non-functioning fixtures, and the lack of a refrigerator. Ventilation was also problematic; it opens to an interior courtyard with a lot of dirt. It is completely frustrating to arrive at an accommodation and find that reality does not match the advertising at all. Extremely old facilities need renovation; the official category does not correspond to the actual state of the facilities. We encountered children from two schools. At lunchtime, it was impossible to even talk due to the noise, but the worst part was that those schools left, and other schools came in, and they placed them where we were, and we were moved to the terrace. It is a shame that we were treated like third-class guests. They should notify at the time of hiring that during these dates they accept schools. The buffet service is limited, with a small variety of dishes and a menu overly focused on children's food, 850 km from the beach and 1.60 km from the center. I regret to say that I do not recommend it.

I stayed with my partner for two nights, and thank goodness it was only two. We arrived on Sunday the 24th around 9:30 PM due to work issues, we went with great enthusiasm since even though it was only two days, we wanted to unwind and enjoy a vacation, and on Tuesday the 26th in the morning we left, and honestly, it was a total mistake. Several warnings: 1° If you are a person with ALLERGIES: whether gluten, lactose, eggs, nuts.... The breakfast buffet only has cookies, chorizo, salami, York ham, and cheese, all mixed together, which causes pure contamination; there are also no lactose-free or soy milks, and if you at least want to have an infusion, you can't either... Because the hot water comes from the coffee machine, meaning pure contamination again. 2° IF YOU HAVE ANY ILLNESS: for example, if you have diabetes and need to carry insulin with you, there are no refrigerators; if you bring any kind of medication or anything, forget it; if you have migraines, prepare to hear a CLIN CLIN CLIN from the dripping shower all night, the air filters in from somewhere and is very loud; I also did not see elevators, so if you are on the second floor, you will have to use the stairs. 3° IF YOU HATE TOBACCO: there is no smoke detector anywhere, so everyone who enters smokes everywhere and it smells everywhere. SUMMARIZING OUR STAY: On the first day, we arrived at night, and the gentleman at the entrance received us very kindly; upon arriving at the room, we realized that it did not have a refrigerator or a bathtub, which we requested; he told us not to worry that they would bring the refrigerator first thing in the morning and that if possible, they would change our room. The next day, on Monday morning, the guy who attended us was very rude, super unfriendly; I did not want to argue with him because for the two days we have on vacation, I did not want to, but I mentioned what our colleague had told us, and he said that he was not going to change us, that he was not going to give us refrigerators, that there were none, and that the other colleague must have been confused; I told him that then what should we do with the food since it was going to spoil (having reserved a refrigerator), and he told me to talk to the kitchen staff and that he would make the favor of keeping the food for me, excuse me???? That was for a complaint form, and besides, everything was said in a very rude manner. The room was all chipped, the bed was super uncomfortable, a lot of noise... A nightmare, we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived, but we were so tired... And I had already paid everything, which they would not refund me. In summary, DO NOT COME. AHHH AND I MUST TELL YOU THAT IF YOU LIKE THE TV SERIES "CUENTAME COMO PASO," THE LITTLE ROCKING CHAIRS AT THE DOOR ARE TERRIFYING AT NIGHT, IT'S ALL DARK AND THEY MOVE WITH THE AIR, AND THEY ARE VERY, VERY SCARY. IT'S NOT A PLACE TO COME WITH CHILDREN, THERE'S A POOL THAT CAN ONLY FIT 6 PEOPLE AT MOST, AND IT'S A LITTLE PUDDLE, LIKE THE TYPICAL ONES YOU BUY IN A STORE BUT MADE IN THE GROUND, EMBARRASSING. I repeat, we didn't leave because of exhaustion and because they weren't going to refund our money, but do not come. I am leaving photos and videos so you can check the condition of everything. And to finish, when we were about to leave, the unfriendly guy at the door, we asked him if they had any cart to take the luggage to the car, and he told us that was not an option there, so we had to manage as best we could... The only good thing is that all the cleaners are lovely. But in summary, do not come here; for what it costs, it is better to go to a hostel, cheaper, better service, and surely friendlier.
