Castillo De Castellar

My wife and I stayed at this hotel which was very nice. The room (102) we stayed in was very spacious and clean, it had everything we really wanted with a Juliet balcony with amazing views of the surrounding landscap. We stayed half board which was quite strange as we had to walk about 50 meters along an alley to the hotel’s restaurant for our evening meal (luckily it was not raining) where to food was also very nice. Our main complaint it that they don’t have a courtesy car to take you too and from the public car park one kilometre away, down a steep narrow winding road with virtually no street lights if you were not lucky enough to find one of the few parking spaces outside the castle.

Terrible customer service. Very male organize this to never go again. I do not recommend the server its not tolerant.

Rarely can one stay overnight in a genuine castle. The views from the hotel are dreamy. The peace you breathe is absolute
