The pool is great and the restaurant works perfectly. The girl Sara who is at the bar waiting tables and serving dishes is a real machine. Incredible to see her serving so many people all by herself.

I returned to spend a few days at the hotel and enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend. Upon arriving it feels like we are at home, incredible treatment from the owners and employees. This year they have changed some employees for the better, at least they are friendlier. I am very glad that Daniela and Zara are still there, they are super competent waitresses, super kind and attentive to everything, I am glad they have employees like that. Super clean hotel. They have added a lunch menu downstairs and the truth is that it is very good for the price it has. Super happy. The service, the location, the kindness, and the cleanliness are what make me return every year. Hats off to Hotel El Carmen. PS: this year's lifeguard is always attentive to everything and trying to keep the pool clean

We were at the hotel pool on Tuesday the carmen, really well everything. Great food, quiet and good treatment. Best of all DANIELA, that little girl is from another planet, super attentive and very good worker. Worst of all, the lifeguard, instead of being aware of the people inside especially the children, starts playing hide and seek in the bathrooms with the children or bathing with the children in the same pool without being aware of anything. Otherwise everything super nice, super friendly owners, super clean hotel, great food, very hardworking people, very quiet pool. I will repeat again👌
