The hotel, its staff, the breakfast, the views of the ocean and the pool from the balcony, the beach access, the convenient parking… Everything of very high quality. A wonderful option for a vacation hotel! I will definitely return!

We were here with our two children (15 and 19) and really enjoyed the vacation. The property is rather small but well-maintained, with enough space for everyone even in high season. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff; for swimming, you just go down the stairs to the Atlantic. We are not big beachgoers, but Playa de La Fontanilla is only a few minutes' walk away. Conil is a pretty town and ideal as a starting point for excursions in the area (Cádiz, Gibraltar, white villages...). Clear recommendation.

An experience of a lifetime, a camping vacation without a campsite! An aging hotel that only has one category with quiet rooms. Specifically, the ones with an ocean view. Partial ocean view and standard rooms are located facing the street, parking lot, or delivery area. Our room had the flooring ripped up, the toilet seat was chipped, and it was furnished in the style of the seventies. The room itself is very small and offers little storage space for a 14-day stay. The staff members are friendly, but still unmotivated because they are overworked by the management. This means that a small number of employees have to do the work of many. For example, the sundowner is advertised. To enjoy this, however, you have to bring a large window of time with you. Only one employee is responsible for the entire pool bar area as well as the complete lobby bar area. This employee has to take orders, prepare drinks, and also serve them. Clearing away empty glasses and cleaning the tables is also part of his duties. The outdoor area is not very well-maintained and even accommodates people who are spending their vacation in the surrounding residential buildings and apartments. These people also use the hotel's sanitary facilities, the pool, and sometimes they even go to the restaurant in the evening, as there is no entrance control here either. The guests who predominantly vacation at this hotel enter the dining room, whether for breakfast, a gala evening, or a normal dinner, always wearing tank tops, swim trunks, and flip-flops. Here, too, there is no enforcement of the dress code rules they set themselves. The vast majority of guests do not use the serving utensils at the buffet either, but instead put the food from the buffet onto their plates with their hands. In some cases, people even eat directly from the buffet with their hands. No hygiene regulations can be seen here at all. When the reception was approached about this, they could not provide a remedy. The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet is very good. The food is excellently prepared at the cooking stations. A former hotel-owned grill restaurant now represents a construction site on the way to the beach. The beach accommodates hundreds of people and there is not a single public restroom. The evening entertainment is boring and offers musical performances from the 60s and 80s. Unfortunately, except for a restaurant 700 meters away, there is no way to get away from the hotel. A fitness room is advertised according to the brochure and website. This room is at most 12-14 m² in size and is more of a storage closet for a few dumbbells, a treadmill, a stepper, as well as two indoor bicycles. Absolutely the worst fitness offering I have experienced here. The entertainment team is not designed for athletic activities.
