Hotel Pozo Del Duque

It is the third consecutive summer that we have spent a few days at this hotel because of its unbeatable location right on the best beach in Spain in Zahara de los Atunes, but this time we returned very dissatisfied because they gave us room 210, which had a disgusting smell coming, we assume, from the kitchen. It has been very unpleasant to start swallowing those totally noxious odors from 8 in the morning. I informed the front desk so they would give us another room, but nothing; it all ended with them saying they would try. It is a shame because we were customers for several summers, but what happened this year has been intolerable. Regrettably, we will not return; we will look for another hotel in Zahara that offers us more of a guarantee. I must say that the breakfast and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, though not exactly one of the reception employees. The pool is great and the breakfast room is very good; the restaurant food is not quality—I tried a salmorejo that was the worst I have ever tasted in my life and a chicken skewer that did not smell good. In short, although the staff is friendly and its location and pool are great, we will NOT return.

The stay generally went well. Breakfast very well, and the staff who attended us in it very competent. The bed was totally sunk and the pillow didn't even tell you. A paper was thicker. Cleanliness good, a nice view. In the hallway of rooms 600... loose earthenware and when guests passed by they made a lot of noise. On the way out, the young girl who served them left to be desired with the customer service. He seemed to do things unwillingly and doing you a favor. Good location
