Playa Ballena Spa Hotel

We came for 7 days all inclusive and I could not recommend this hotel enough its not like many Spanish hotels and caters more for spanish speaking guests but this also means its much more authentic, the resort is well manicured and laid out great with pools for all ages and beautiful beach on its door step the food is amazing with an lots of options including an a la carte restaurant availability and some beautiful restaurant surrounding the hotel the staff are extremely friendly and if you make the effort to speak Spanish are patient and accommodatiing they made all effort to make our holiday perfect we unfortunately had a hospital trip on the last day and the hotel and Jet 2 kept in constant contact checking up on my little girls and went the extra mile to help us and se had an extra day whilst waiting for flights AXA insurance arranged everything to help and made a bad situation so easy and the hotel again stepped on and helped us have a due over of our last night so we where comfortable and stress free 6 days of heaven and then disaster but right back to heaven as if to say your not going home stressed were sending you home relaxed and happy we will be back and can honesty say this place is grate for families and at a greate price you get vip all the way

We have spent a wonderful week at the hotel; it is the second time we have gone, and this time everything, without exception, has been a very good experience. Everything very clean, the dining room food all very delicious, varied, and without lines, the workers super attentive and helpful. Unbeatable location! Will repeat!!☺️👌🏽

I was one of those who read reviews, and the negative ones were very scary. We went with TI Imperial, and it is true that we did not take good advantage of it for the money we spent, but we preferred to go comfortable and relaxed with all our needs covered. Upon arrival, they offered us the garden room that faces the pool for a reasonable price per night. The kids loved the idea and we couldn't turn it down. The idea was to have that relief in case there were no lounge chairs. It is true that there were people who left their things all day in the best spots. But there were always free lounge chairs. The bars were not crowded and you could order comfortably. The staff was super nice and the room was very clean. The rest of the hotel's rooms were also clean. There was cleaning at all hours; it's another matter that those of us who go are slobs and leave glasses lying around the pool. The food was very varied. Every day there was something different. We must highlight how comfortable we felt with all the staff despite the hard work they put in at all hours; they never stopped and always had a smile. We were amazed by that door that leads directly to the beach and by that great beach for watching the sunsets. It is true that there is little activity at night outside the hotel and that the shows ended around 11:30. Choosing this hotel was a total success.
