Sun & Life Costa Ballena

Stayed 2 nights at Life Apartments Costa Ballena paying almost 300 € per night. With that price you expect comfort, good Service and quality... but the experience was just the opposite. Impractical bathrooms: the shower water came out cold and the thermos went off every minute, so to shower it needed someone else to turn it on constantly. One bathroom was disabled because the screen was disassembled when it was closed, and in the other the shower had no column or support, causing the bathroom to flood every time. Outdated kitchen: it looked like last century, with bad appliances; the fridge did not cool anything. Non-existent comfort: uncomfortable beds and wifi impossible to use throughout the stay. Poor care: the response at reception was unprofessional. In short, mediocre apartments sold as if they were luxury. The price they charge does not correspond at all with what they offer. I felt conned and would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a stay minimally commensurate with the cost.

Everything's great, I'll be back whenever I can. Both the facilities and the spectacular staff. Very spacious pool and good quality food. I recommend it without thinking. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Many thanks to the workers for making our holidays so easy.

Worst experience ever. Beds only 180 cm and very very bad quality, we had to put matrasses on the floor to get some sleep. House infested by ants, they were literally everywhere. Air conditioning not working. Cooking pans completely blackened. Sunscreen completely covered with mold. All cranes oxidized. The stove working very badly. Hot water at times not working. Furniture dirty and of very bad quality. We have communicated our complaints with "life apartments". Result: they didn't care at all and haven't taken any action besides offering to see what they could do 3 days before we went (out of a 14 day stay). We declined the "offer".
