And you find that they receive you in one and send you to another 3 blocks down taking the car again. The room of 8 meters No wardrobe You don't have a chair. Quilt and kitchens, suitcases and everything you bring to the floor. Or on top of the bed. Bathroom 1 square meter. You sit on the toilet and you have to have a screen because your knees are tripping. No dryer Window to the inner courtyard. There's no room to hang a swimsuit. Breakfast is not in the same place as these. Again 3 blocks up for it. Anyway they cheat you and spoil those days you thought you would enjoy Miguel the owner since he is not interested in hearing the truths does not let you explain. Date 16 August 2024. We had to cancel the reservation because customer service at this establishment simply does not exist. Three times we asked if the room had a private bathroom, twice we called the cell phone and the landline and, finally, we turned to Booking... And we never found out if the room had a private or shared bathroom. You can be sure that it will never occur to me to book at Hotel (Hostal?) Nueves Chipiona again.

The room was not equipped to accommodate anyone, the doors to the balcony and the room did not close, we were unable to close the room all week, the bed had a sheet, a pillow and two cushions that had traces of dirt, no bedspread or headboard, The sink was in the same room next to the bed, the entire busted closet was broken, in general the room was sad and not due to neglect of a day but of time, one after what you pay (which was not cheap either) You expect minimum conditions for your stay, not to be put in a dilapidated room where you cannot be comfortable or use the furniture. The only thing to highlight positively is the super friendly treatment of the staff who works there.
