We have been customers of the chain for many years (first Estepona, then Rompido...). We have returned several years and the level the hotel has is very good. The price is high but in line with the market. I highlight the very good service from all the staff. The pools are very nice. It is a very good place to go with both small children and teenagers. It is essential to join the club for the discounts and benefits. I strongly recommend paying for the Exclusive, which gives access to an area where you can eat and drink throughout the day and it pays for itself if you snack on anything at all. I would highlight that for the issue of celiacs / gluten-free food, if you let them know, they always prepare something for you both at the buffet and in the Exclusive area. Regarding the rooms, when the children get older it is possible to get 2 connecting rooms or a suite... depending on the year, it is a matter of doing the math. Very close by there are very good restaurants both on the beach and in the town, so we have never booked full board.

One of my favorite hotels not only for the value for money and its facilities, but because the staff's treatment is excellent. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurants, or the cleaners, everyone is friendly with a smile and helping you with everything they can. I must highlight the kindness of the bar staff who, although there are sometimes many customers, are always attentive and serve you quickly, giving you their recommendations. Highlighting the work and kindness of Pedro, Ismael, and José—the latter must be the manager—they are always attentive to the customers and make our stay super pleasant; I go quite often and it gets better every year. They have good gluten-free options and entertainment for children and adults.
