Hotel Apartamentos Loto Conil

We have stayed at Loto four times and I hope we do many more times. We keep coming back because of the comfort of the apartments, the cleanliness, and the attention and kindness from all the staff! It is true that to go to the beach or the center you have to walk a little bit, but it is a walk that we particularly enjoy a lot, since it has several shops and local places for breakfast, for example. For any small problem we may have had, they have always offered us a very quick solution. Without a doubt, I recommend it to couples or families who want to enjoy a pleasant rest in one of the most beautiful towns on the Cadiz coast.

My experience with this accommodation was very negative due to its abusive and deceptive practices. • After making a reservation on 17/01/2026 with free cancellation until 27 May, the accommodation demanded a 50% advance payment on 22 January , (when payment according to contract signed with booking would not be until 21 days before arrival at the accommodation) and that also cancellation of free, would become partially refundable all this citing a supposed "special policy for groups", which was not reflected in the reservation. • The only thing that was reflected in the booking is that for groups of more than five people additional charges could apply, which I understand could be for cleaning, security..., but at no time indicated that 50% had to be paid on January 22, when cancellation was until May 27 and entry was on June 18 (totally illegal since when booking with booking you generate a contract of accommodation). • They used a pressured and accusatory tone, trying to get him to accept unilateral conditions that are illegal and contrary to the Booking contract. • I was repeatedly warned that bachelor parties are not accepted (they were told we were a group of friends), trying to intimidate and condition the cancellation before any physical interaction in the accommodation. • Despite this, it was clearly stated that the booking was for a group of friends, and I do not understand based on what reasoning the accommodation assumed that it would be a farewell or that there would be parties. The reservation consisted of three two-bedroom apartments each for a total of nine people, i.e. three people per apartment, with more than enough space, without reason to think about parties inside the apartments. • The only request we made to the accommodation was not to stay on floor 0, only on floor 1 or 2, because we had read reviews where floor 0 had too much noise by the pool and the step to reception. Despite making the reservation in January, the accommodation denied us this request, indicating that the apartments could not be guaranteed to be on floor 1 or 2. All this hosting is contrary to the conditions confirmed in Booking and constitutes a clear attempt of deception and undue pressure on customers. I canceled the reservation through Booking at no charge because because of the tone of the conversations and the treatment received by the accommodation, trying to continually deceive with alleged group charges and changes in conditions, we were not happy with that reservation. I recommend extreme caution to other users before booking here, especially for groups, and I suggest carefully checking the conditions before accepting any communication from the accommodation, when booking a group they try to change the conditions of the contract so booking will send you an email to see if you agree , do not give in to the pressures of the accommodation. Answer to the accommodation: We are a group of friends that the youngest is 35 years old, I don't know why he lies continuously to defend himself, in the reserve you can see my age that I was the one who made it, I find it incredible that he defends himself by lying once again. Exceptional treatment. Cleanliness, details, equipped enough. Kindness. More than recommended. I'll recommend it for sure. Downtown and the beach are taking a walk. And I'm not too hard up, I went down and up effortlessly. Try and repeat for sure
