It lacks a lot of maintenance; the baseboards are broken, the bathroom door is raised, and the sink drain was not working. The breakfast is average; there is no place where you can replenish bowls and cutlery; you have to take them from other tables. The service and reception leave much to be desired; I don't know how it has four stars.

We had an amazing time! We guided a group of sommeliers through the Jerez Wine Fair. The hotel is located at a precise point where everything is within walking distance. Beautiful place. The hotel is in a good location, easy walking to the Plaza del Arenal. There are lots of bars on the way. We had a superior room for 2 nights, with a kettle and a fridge. The room overlooked a square. There is garage parking at the hotel. Good value.
