In general, a good hotel but in need of renovation. The convenience of being close to Gibraltar. Very important to highlight the skills and kindness of Miguel, a hyperactive, tireless waiter. A true professional. Daniel from Italy

I have been visiting this hotel for several years, before as Senator and this year as Azz, and the truth is that this year has been a total disappointment from the start. I was going with my niece who has celiac disease; four days before, I called the hotel directly to communicate the problem that she could not eat anything that had gluten, and they told me there was no problem, that they did have things for her; what was the surprise that in the kitchen they hadn't communicated anything to them. Thanks to the waiter who put in a lot of effort and brought out the little bit that there was, and at least she was able to eat (I didn't catch his name, but he is tall and wears glasses), very attentive and helpful, thank you. Then everything was very boring; they no longer offer all-inclusive like before, no entertainment, which isn't essential but still, and what really finished me off was that I checked out of the room before 12:00 and mentioned to the girl at reception if I could stay at the pool, and she told me until 2:00 when the hotel was empty, 6 people in the whole pool, when before with Senator we would stay until 5:00 or 6:00; she told me there was a pool ticket to charge more, anyway, as long as it's Azz I'm not coming back, you've lost a customer.

The hotel is quiet, almost family-like, good service at reception, my VIP room was wonderful, my favorite beach (Palmones) is ideal, I chose half-board and dinner was a disaster, good quality but very little variety to choose from, I suppose because it is a small hotel.
