A very family-friendly hotel, great for resting, and I want to highlight the kindness of its workers. They are charming.

Very good hotel, good value for money, and good services. Above all, comfortable and quiet for relaxing as a couple. Beautiful views from the terrace and a good atmosphere overall.

Our second stay at the Barcelo Costa Ballena and it just keeps getting better. The staff are wonderful, everyone speaks to you. I particular the waiters Manuel and Jose Miguel were very friendly and chatty. The hotel is a 10min walk to the most fabulous beach that goes for miles! The rooms are large and modern with very comfortable beds. The food was delicious, always a good selection of everything, top quality and well presented. It was my birthday during our stay and upon returning to my room, the Guest Experience Manager, Concha had arranged for a cake and bottle of water. A very nice touch. Undoubtedly, we will return again...
