Positive aspects Well-maintained hotel. Very large, beautiful, and clean room. Stunning bathroom and beautiful terrace with a sea view and beautiful sunsets. Breakfast and dinner are quite varied and with plenty of choices. Nice pools and good entertainment, especially for families with children. Pleasant property for those who want to stay mainly at the hotel and be in contact with nature. Negative aspects The welcome upon arrival was poorly handled for a 4-star hotel: we were left practically alone, without explanations about elevators, the room's location, and the path to take. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception. For those who do not eat meat or fish, the choice at dinner is very limited: few legumes and few vegetarian alternatives. The price is high, about €1,100 for a week for two people. There are few public parking spaces and the alternative is paid. The beach is completely natural, without umbrellas or equipment, so it is not very practical for those arriving by plane. Drinks are not included, not even water at dinner. The pools and common areas were sometimes very crowded and noisy, so it is not ideal for a couple looking for tranquility and relaxation. We also had some problems with mosquitoes during the night. The location is very isolated and there is little to do outside the hotel. Considering the price, I would personally choose a hotel in Cadiz, where you can more easily find places to eat and have breakfast, a equipped beach, and greater freedom of movement.

A ten for everything from when you enter until you leave, special workers, special meals, everything very clean, every day change of linens, clean room every day, lots of entertainment, very clean pools, everything, everything is excellent, I felt like family with the hotel workers, each one better than the last in everything

I feel so comfortable there with the facilities and the treatment received that I feel like I am in my own home. The human treatment is incredible and the stay is very pleasant without practically leaving the hotel. The entertainment is very proper and the buffet is very varied and of high quality. The waiters and cooks are a ten. The maitre d's are worth taking home!! The spa is a wonder and the staff is very attentive. Highlighting Mar at the pool snack bar, who is super friendly and charming... and our friend Marcel, who is a phenomenal person with incredible humanity.
