We will not return... the third time's the charm... this is the third time we have gone to this hotel and we have decided not to return... the main reason: the attitude and policies of the reception staff. Breakfast and its staff don't help either. To be fair, the cleaning staff was very attentive and charming.
What bothered us was that after spending €500 at the hotel for two nights (in Santander), they denied us a place to change our clothes before starting our trip. What large hotel doesn't have a changing room nowadays so that its guests can change or even shower, especially in a city with a beach.
Furthermore, when we went to pick up our suitcases from the luggage storage, they gave us a dirty look. In addition, you can only access the services / bathrooms in the hotel lobby with an active room key so that no one (including guests who have checked out) can access the service. Where have you seen that in a large four-star hotel?!
Let them keep it up and then they complain that the clientele is going to tourist apartments!!!
