Very good location, very close to the beach and there is a bus that takes you to Santander. Also you have a supermarket just around the corner. Lovely atmosphere, amazing and very helpful staff. Very good service. The room was very nice and clean. Very good service.

We have stayed at this hotel for the third time, and once again, the experience was simply perfect. Every time we return here, we truly feel like we are coming home. The hotel is impeccably clean, extremely quiet, and well-maintained in every detail. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom equipped with a bidet and a big, very comfortable shower. The bed was truly comfortable and ensured us a perfect rest. A big compliment goes to all the staff, always smiling, helpful, and kind. A special thank you also goes to the cleaning ladies, who are very skilled, attentive, and extremely polite: their work truly makes a difference. However, we would like to dedicate a special thought to Miss Coral at the reception, a person of rare professionalism, kindness, and availability, who welcomed us warmly and attentively, making us feel like special guests. All perfect. The customer service very professional, the hotel very clean and very close to Santander. The reception and attention of the employees and manager was very good, explained the city and recommendations of where to go with children. At all times aware of our well-being. The hotel parking very close and free, very quiet area with supermarket and well located to catch the highway. Very happy with our visit. We'll be back soon. Thank you.
